ABOUT THE OWNER:

I spent about the first 22yrs of my life in a small northeast Ohio where I was raised. My parents were not horse people, nor even country. I was bit by the horse bug as a young child, around 4yrs old when I took my first riding lesson. Now, over 35 years later, I still havent found a cure.

4-H is very near and dear to my heart, as I spent practically every Sunday at a horseshow from the age of 9 until 18, when I aged out. During those years, I had the opportunity to high school rodeo, even qualifying for the National High School Finals Rodeo twice (once in barrels and once as the Ohio High School Rodeo Association Queen).

My love for horses and barrel racing still holds strong in the present day. My most recent credentials include Rocky Mountain Rodeo Association Finals qualifier, WPRA card holder and money earner, barrel futurity money earner, and All In Barrel Race 1D winner. In my space time, I still enjoy training horses, and have recently had horses I've trained go on to win 1D at the Pink and Ruby Buckle barrel races. It is my love for horses, and competition that ultimately led me to purchasing The Air Condition Shirt brand, and starting my own business. .

ABOUT THE BRAND:

Runnin' Home Ranch Wear, where'd we come up with the name? Well, it all starts with the story of our brand....

Back in 2013, I lost my father unexpectedly. A few days before he passed, I shared a photo on his Facebook page that said " The only Superman I know is my Dad." So, originally, I had wanted to use the Superman "sign" as part of my brand. However, the state of Colorado would not recognize the Superman image as a brand character, so we got creative.

Instead, we turned it into a pentagon that closely resembles "Home Plate". My dad's passion was coaching baseball and softball. He was coaching and umpiring right up until that dreadful day. He never really understood my love for horses, but we both always shared a love of softball.

The S, stands for, what I knew would eventually, become my last name, but being a barrel racer, I had to turn it into a dollar sign because well, having any money at all is really just a pipe dream.

Annnd, what's the one thing softball and barrel racing have in common? It's just 3 turns and the run home...hence the name,

Runnin' Home Ranch Wear.
